Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Dove Go (the “Service”). By using the Service, or by submitting an event, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Dove Go
You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address to submit events.
2. Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant Dove Go a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute your submission for the purpose of running the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you submit (including any images) and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow our Content Policy. We screen submissions automatically and may withhold, reject or remove content that breaches it. We may remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms; where we remove content you submitted, we will give you the reason unless legally prevented, and you may ask us to review the decision.
4. No warranty
The Service and all event information are provided “as is”. Events are organised by third parties; we do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for them, and details (dates, prices, venues) may be inaccurate or change. Always confirm with the organiser.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dove Go is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, from attending any listed event, or from reliance on any information on the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
